Caroline and Sylvain came up with the idea to open this café during a ski trip to Norway, a country of avid coffee drinkers. Their vision was to create a friendly, warm, and pleasant space—a place to enjoy a good cup of coffee, a soothing cup of tea, or a refreshing fruit drink.
